Many organizations of different type utilize various consulting units (advising firms) in aim to improve the proper effectiveness. Sometimes is very difficult to select most appropriate consultancy firm (or person) if so many offers is existing on the market. Even would be necessary to obtain advice or consultancy directed to correct selection of consultancy company? What kind of characteristics should have a good consultant (or adviser)? What kind of errors are realized by consultants or advisers mostly? What kind of impact it has on organizations? The wide description of the problem is here presented.
