EN

The Excellence EFQM-Model (European Foundation for Quality Management) is a very good and innovative tool applied for organizational improvement of many companies and institutions. The principles of TQM play here the crucial role. The description of methodology and ways of acting is presented. This philosophy of approach must be correctly used in internal circumstances and conditions of every company. It demonstrates general aim and sectoral goals for 9 areas, which should be considered in proper performances. The profound understanding of that areas, their elements and opportunities for the next improvement are key aspects in case of appropriate realization. The real committment of management is necessary obviously.
