EN

No doubts that TQM goes much more widely and profoundly to public administration in many countries. But in Europe the ISO standards play bigger role in comparison with TQM philosophy. Very interesting experiences in this aspects have the public administration in the USA, which give strong efforts to introduce the TQM philosophy to proper administrative units. These experiences and problems are here very clear discussed with presentation of benefits outgoing from such activities.
