The GEP system (Good Experimental Practice) is destined for special investigation units which lead research related to biological protection means for plants. In each EU country such system is realized separately, without necessary coordinative activities, e.g. in a centre serving for all EU members. Normally is existing a supervisory body, which is located mostly in Ministry of Agriculture or in one of Scientific Agriculture Institutes of every country. The need to introduce the necessary performance in Poland is clear and obvious, but it will better to consider appropriate EU directives and to prepare adeguate laws, useful for whole country.
