Quality management systems - the French way

Abstrakty
We Francji, wcześniej niż w Polsce, zwrócono uwagę na konieczność tworzenia systemów zarządzania jakością i dostrzec tam można interesujące w tym zakresie doświadczenia. Przedstawiono dwa pomysły tj.: tworzenie komitetów sterujących i certyfikację procesów produktowych.
In France are existing very interesting experiences in area of quality management systems. Very specific and important role play here the AFNOR organization (French Agency for Normalization or Standardization). The performance is based on 4 stages, elaborated by that institution, in consideration of the ISO 9001:2000 implementation: 1. taking the confirmation decision and admission of New Quality Policy (by company main boss or president) with determination of change trainers, 2. establishment of Pilot (Steering) Committee, evaluation of the present situation, elaboration and realization of quality plan for to start the activities, including the formulation of Working Groups for to solve problems appearing during the deployment of those activities, 3. creation of quality management system, where the Working Groups play the most important role (specially in the preparation, actualization and correct flow of documents). 4. application for external audit in aim to receive the certificate (from third part), and then continuous improvement using internal auditing as well. The general description of pragmatic performance with additional comments and more detailed evaluation of different practical steps form the context of this publication.
