Abstrakty

The integration of company systems (or subsystems) is necessary for to achieve the best management results in consideration of all cooperating suppliers and customers. They form the chain of mutual supplies, where the logistics finds its very broad application. The efficiency of that network depends from the correct information flow between collaborating organizations. The use of EDI-FACT (Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) methodology helps significantly in all activities including newly established firms, so called virtual companies. Therefore the quality criteria in SCM - Supply Chain Management, play so important role for the company development on the global market. These problems are here broadly discussed.
