System of measures in processes management

Abstrakty
The measurement system in the company should be to its strategy linked. In process management is possible to find 11 phases of performances, where the last one is to TQM oriented. All elements of these phases are in the article described. In every point of measurement should exist some comparative data, like plans, standards, benchmarking results, and so on. Then they give possibility to correct evaluation and to take corrective actions leading finally to preventive actions. In the standard ISO 9001:2000, such indications are basically included. It is important to use them. The example of one service sell process, called Neostrada, is demonstrated. The consideration of bottlenecks, starting and finish points of processes or sub-processes, is here very important. Because processes management, without measurement system, is practically a fiction only, no data, no facts, no continuous improvement possibilities, therefore it doesn't function in reality, if no measurement.
