The controlling idea has very old roots, coming out even from XIX century, when the position of comptroller in transportation firms was introduced. It must be to quality management related, specially in search of effectiveness for business organizations. So simple calculation of quality cost is not so easy, practically. The establishment of information bases or data bases, is here very useful. In the consideration of benefits and threats, should be a comparison of both ideas, controlling and quality management, very strongly included and applied. The concept, joining advantages of two ideas, would be the best for any organization, which strives to much better market results. It influences on economic-financial aspects and social-organizational elements as well, functioning very positively. Such performance is possible, but it needs practical methodology and convergence in detailed objectives only. The university and complexity is here obtained. All conclusions are presented.
