Abstrakty

The Industrial Institute of Machinery for Construction (PIMB) near of Warsaw, contains 5 unities in proper structure generally. The institute itself is a state-owned organization with many present successes in proper activities. The base to those successes were prepared in 90. years past century during strong transformation period in national economy. In 1994 the institutional Laboratory for Machines and Modules undertook the introduction of EN 45001 quality system obtaining the appropriate accreditation. Then other unity implemented the ISO 9002 and AQAP-120 (military standard) quality systems. In the unity dedicated to design and development was introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system. Presently, ca. 75% of institutional activities are realized, based on different quality systems. The further plan considers the inclusion of new ISO 9001:2000 version of quality systems and integration of all standarised systems to one integrated management system. Actually it results with very good effects, internally and externally. During all introductory activities the awareness of all employees changed in this aspect very positively. Now the performance, understood and adapted by employees personally, gave better quality and own satisfaction to them as well. This whole process is in the publication described.
