A proposal of human resources management with application of standard ISO 9001:2000

Abstrakty
The standard ISO 9001:2000 forms a good base for the introduction of TQM-principles, specially in human resources management area. In the point 6 is "resources management" included, which considers: infrastructure, work environment and human resources. The basic activities recommended here are: determination of employees competence (regarding quality too), realization of training, evaluation of activity effectiveness, increase of quality awareness among employees, and execution of records related to educational level, training, skills and experiences of people in company. The most important is definition of competence. One of the aspects of this kind include the capability to interpersonal communication, teamwork in all circumstances, real focus on customers (and not on direct or indirect superiors in the firm), flexibility and adaptability, introduction of leadership and motivation principles, leading finally to committment into continuous improvement processes. The development of those characteristics in the human sense, could help in quicker deployment of TQM-methodology in the firm, which is the best and complex tool in achievement of market results and higher level of competitiveness. It is deeply described in the context of this article.
