Abstrakty
In logistics, like in a mirror made from cut-glass, is reflected the quality of activities realized by the firm. These activities are perceived by customers. Management process, quality, customers, resources, logistics, etc., are elements of requirements presented in new quality management standards of ISO 9000:2000 family. Formulation of "logistics chain", its correct analysis and management, helps in effective regulation of processes, leading to their stabilization and better flow. Sometimes appear very big processes, so called megaprocesses, and establishment of appropriate procedures is here more complicated. But the flexibility in approach permits its preparation and realization. The application of "outsourcing" gets some savings in that performance. The most important processes form "value added chains", also 20% of processes decide about profits in the firm, in reality. Therefore the focus on their improvement is most useful and beneficial. They should be identified previously, then redesigned and finally managed effectively. An integrated computerized information management system could be here applied, with the utilization of electronic quality manuals. Different experiences, cooperation with other companies will be certainly mutually beneficial. Such discussion is in the context of publication demonstrated.
