Abstrakty
Wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w 2000 roku w obszarze zarządzania jakością. Celem było uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie: jak jest postrzegana w przedsiębiorstwach odpowiedzialność za produkt w kontekście rozwiązań systemowych jakości.
The presented investigations, led directly in companies, were based on application of questionnaire approach. The document sent to enterprises was entitled "Product liability" and contained some questions directed to quality managers employed in 200 various enterprises. The effectiveness of response was 30,7% (65 firms) what gave certain possibility for correct evaluation of results obtained. 51% of investigated enterprises presented the group of big and very big firms, 40% - were medium-sized firms, and 9% - small firms. The topic of research had 2 natural aspects, oriented to quality and oriented to legal regulations, based specially on European Union directives or requirements. The safety in use of products is here very important. The research demonstrated a low awareness of national manufacturers in such liability (or responsibility). The better level of result obtained, was related to the quality of products. The final conclusion says, that many firms must change their approach in consideration of possible rapid membership of Poland to EU, if they want to exist in new conditions and legal economic environment.
