Quality in the development of small and medium-sized firms

Abstrakty
The development of a firm is the strategic indicator of its positional stage. In case of bigger firms, it is joined with the organizational (corporative) culture, existing and governing in its proper type of functioning. But very often the development is understood as growth of company only. Such strategic goal is not so useful actually, because quality or ecologic processes can form better opportunities for development of organizations, leading them to higher profits and wider markets. The technology, markets and competition, are basic elements, used presently to indicate strategic directions of development. In this situation the quality can be considered in 2 aspects; in form of new products, and in form of continuous improvement of products and processes existing. It is specially important in the time of globalization. The reflexions, outcoming from that point of view, with additional interesting considerations, are the context of article presented.
