In competitive conditions, in case of similar products and technological processes, is possible to win or to be successful applying an real ethical performance. In the practical sense, the ethics is always the most important subject of quality management, ya existing in good organizations. It forms a relevant aspect of TQM-approach as the significant part of the corporate, internal culture. That organizational culture possesses 2 spheres of proper functioning. The first one has a visual character (external aspect) joined with the visible forms of performances and relationships. The second one has an internal aspects and is functioning very often without real awareness of employees, being the natural part of their personalities supported by organizational culture. It is closely linked to values, norms and standards realized, which all together form the ethics or morale in all performances and approaches. But the most important problem, from the economic point of view in generally, is to realize the ethical activity in technological and economic processes, and not to declare them only (e.g. in missions or policies). This lack of integrity is the principal cause of many failures or problems in organizations, which even possess the ISO management certificates but without real quality (or similar) management system implementation. The trust is one of the best assets, but in factible application. These problems are in the article described.
