Most of the employees from big international firms know the meaning of TQM. In practice many of them don't know how to implement correctly and successfully the TQM principles to proper environments. What kind of factors are very important for the development of any firm in this consideration? We can use 7M or 7N quality tools, but without real committment and continuous aspiration to excellency it will be not possibly. Many seminars emphasize this element of activity. It is presented here, in this article as well. But the practice is the most important, even if it doesn't give the positive results in the first approach. Then is necessary the appriopriate improvement in action. But what to do earlier, should be discussed and determine before take the action. Very helpful is Hoshin Kanri performance. It starts from basic management philosophy, what is fundamental element for further activity: 16 points explain many aspects of such thinking and practice. It includes the motivation and self-motivation of people. And excellency is continuous aspiration, with crucial role of top management. The article presents these aspects of TQM implementation in practical and intellectual dimension.
