Przeprowadzono statystyczną kontrolę jakości wyrobu produkowanego przez przedsiebiorstwo posiadające certyfikat ISO 9002. Celem analizy danych było określenie relacji pomiędzy badanymi czynnikami: brygadą, gatunkiem stali, wymiarem (grubość x szerokość) produktu a wielkością wybraków.

A special quality analysis of products, including ISO 9000 quality system requirements, was realized in a company. The goal was to determine relationships existing between human and technical factors vs number of defects resulted. First step was the understanding and presentation of the organizational structure with the consideration of documents flow. Then many diagrams, tables, with corresponding explanations, demonstrate step by step, in visual form, the empirical effects of performance applied, leading to the five final conclusions. They are in descriptive form presented and discussed. It is the context of this article, demonstrated as publication in the monthly.
