The concept of six sigma is one of the most interesting pragmatic methodologies, leading to the improvement of profitability in all companies used its appriopriately. It bases on quality performance, considering 3-4 defects per milion opportunities (DPMO). This approach is as MAIC system determined (Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), very similar to the Deming circle.The establishment of Six Sigma-Teams starts the activity in enterprises.The sequence in education levels permits an application of sport grades, coming out from asiatic forms of defence or active fights like green belt or black belt. A correctly implemented Six Sigma method allows the improvement of profitability in companies, growth in efficiency, increasing the employee motivation, morale, pride and carreer development. So complex performance requires good leaders and not managers only. But it presents very promising effects if the reliability in its implementation is applied. All of these aspects are in the publication presented.
