W artykule wymieniono główne elementy kompleksowego projektu jakości w odniesieniu do branży przemysłu emalierskiego. Projekt ten powinien być strategią postępowania w dobie ostrej konkurencji.

In the article is a complex quality project presented, which should serve for the sanification of lacquer industry branch. It forms a strategic performance in times of very sharp competition on this field. The national situation, considering very profound economic changes, is not so positive, because the foreign products, coming in to our market, are much cheaper and frequently better. Very different enamel wares have modern design and new model-making. Those aspects require rapid improvement, but very important are additionally: detailed recognition of customers expectations, quality management systems, right parameters of materials used, appriopriate features of metalic bases, application of new technologies, utilization of modern additives and consideration of instantly changing fashion. The description of those aspects forms the context of presented project and publication.
