Konkretyzowanie poziomu sprawności zarządzania firmą jest obecnie możliwe, ponieważ normy ISO stawiają wymagania do procesu zarządzania, a wyniki realizacji są dostępne po auditach i przeglądach kierownictwa.

The ISO 9000 norms (and others) put appriopriate requirements to management processes. Therefore the concretization of efficiency levels in companies is presently possible. From one point of view we have production processes considering the technological aspects, from other point of view - there are existing managerial processes, which strongly influence on final efficiency. The action cycles support those achievements. They include: definition of problem, planning of realization, implementation of plan, inspection of results obtained and analysis of final effects. The performance is very similar to the Deming Circle (PDCA). We should to analyse the effectiveness, economic factors and beneficiency of interactions. It leads, step by step, to growth of managament reliability. How to do it is described in the publication.
