Dominacja koncepcji ciągłej poprawy jakości i wewnętrznej gospodarki rynkowej pozostawiając dużą swobodę działania jednostkom organizacyjnym i poszczególnym pracownikom prowadzi do decentralizacji i zmniejszenia formalizacji.

The most important elements of TOM are: customer orientation (externally and internally), process orientation, preventive perfomance and continuous improvement. These elements influence on the correct organizational structurization of enterprises, if they want to be effective. Actually the hierarchical structures are replaced by process structures, what leads finally to the lean-management. The necessity of rapid reaction on unexpected changes, or better - the prediction of incoming changes, forces to cooperative collaboration between all internal structures of any enterprise. Such approach causes the creation of full organic structure of companies. This conclusion is a result of the presented discussion, what forms the context of the article.
