Prawdziwa rewolucja w ISO w postaci normy ISO 9001:2000, może tylko cieszyć. To, że tak późno, może tylko martwić. Dlaczego? Próbą odpowiedzi na to pytanie jest ten artykuł, pisany przez niespecjalistę od ISO, ale konsultanta z zakresu doskonalenia zarządzania.

The introduction of ISO 9000:2000 norms is really enjoyable, seeing it from different points of view. In many examples it can be treated as medicine for enterprises. The process approach is much more useful, therefore the quality itself of the norm is much higher and better. The author, working as consultant in management improvement, presents own reflexions related to the implementation of the norm including effects obtained in companies, apart of many problems and barriers occurring in this performance. From his evaluation is it possible to treat the ISO-norm as very useful tool for the progress in management, but it must be used commonly with other management tools if we think about the success of whole company on the competitive market. For such opinions he presents proper practical "proofs", what is very original context of the article.
