Celem opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi polskim organizacjom gospodarczym, iż przedsiebiorstwa, w których lokowany jest kapitał zagraniczny, poważnie traktują zagadnienia usprawniania jakości. Osiągnięcia spółek z udziałem kapitału zagranicznego na polskim rynku nie są wynikiem jedynie łatwego dostępu do tanich kredytów i ulg podatkowych, ale także stosowaniu metod zarządzania, w tym zarządzania jakością.

The goal of the presented elaboration is to increase the attention of all Polish organizations, directed mainly to enterprises with the foreign capital, acting in Poland. They treat seriously the problems of quality in proper activities including continuous improvement, applied internally and externally. The positive achievements of such companies are not only resulting from the access to easy credits originated from mother-firms or similar resources. They implement really modern management methods, including quality management in practical performances. The empirical investigations were realized on the sample of 116 companies, from various industrial sectors and with different participation of foreign investors, like from USA, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands and others. The obtained results are presented in many tables, diagrams and figures, being discussed in the context.
