The stronger introduction of human performances to management approach will help in the creation of better and new philosophy to quality life, where the problems of responsibility, morale (ethics) and life experiency can play a crucial role. The technocratic orientation can not to win with the human orientation in management because some people act for other people aspiring for the recognition among them. The new philosophy of business management requires more trust, more sense in the life, more partnership and more dialogs with employees and customers. The fundaments of effective and good firm are formed by common vision and mission based on win-win results. The discussion of those aspects in consideration of different views is presented in the publication.
