Chronology and palaeoclimate of prehistoric sites in Western Dvina-Lovat` area of North-Western Russia

Combining the evidence of radiocarbon dating, pollen analysis and geochemistry we suggest a chronological division of prehistoric sites in the upper stretches of the Western Dvina and Lovat Rivers in North-Western Russia and discuss the changes in vegetation, climate and history of lakes in that area during the Holocene.
