The existing ISO 9000 standards have been formulated on the industrial bases but their application to administrative units is very useful, needed and beneficial. The customer care signifies practically the implementation of very effective methods and techniques which lead to customer satisfaction and decrease the internal costs. New drafts of ISO 9000:2000 standards strenghten the process orientation, indicating the necessity of partnership between administrative officer and any client who has the interests in administrative units. The wide considerations of these problems, presenting modern and up-todate points of view, ore demonstrated in the article.
