Implementing the TQM-concept with the aspiration to real effects, is necessary to respond for following questions: What kind of employees needs the company for proper success? How to manage with human resources for to attract, to train out and detain therm in company? How the employees evaluate the company, what is their satisfaction? The factible orientation to TQM requires a continuous corresponding efforts which include the bulding of personal attiudes based on capabilities and wilingness to positive changes, innovative thinking, creative actions and formulation of conditions promoting the use of knowledge, skills and development. Those aspects are presented in the article in consideration of practical examples and analyses.
