Słabością polskiej innowacyjności jest brak odpowiednich procedur nadzoru. Powinny one podawać zasady klasyfikacji zgłaszanych idei oraz stopień ryzyka związany z realizacją tematu.

Any organization, specially in industrial area, is obliged (by the market) to increase continously the proper competitiveness. The innovativeness (with the training system of employees) form the crucial ways to the success. Lack of the development policy, consequently realized, is the cause of many problems in companies. And such situation arises always, independently from the possessing of quality managemt systems. No-innovative productional forms (products), even certified often by internationally recognized certification bodies, foil on the compettitve market, not having the customers. They are good qualitative but no-innovative, therefore - without market acceptation. What to do with such problem? The article intends to respond for this question.
