Spośród wielu funkcji zarządzania jakością w firmach, jedną z istotnych i niezbędnych jest funkcja oceniania efektywności systemów jakości. Bez realizacji tej funkcji systemy jakości stają się dla firmy balastem, z natury się degenerują i w konsekwencji obumierają.

The effectivity evaluation of quality systems in necesssary in consideration of expected feedback between processes and results obtained. Additionaly is needed to mention about costs appearing in every activity. The causes of gap existed between real and planned quality system can permit quicker progress with lower costs. The criteria of such evaluation are eg. joined with follwing subjects like marketing, design, purchase, production and posterior utilization. Therefore is possible to apply different methods of evalution approach, among them based on statistical perfomance, seven QC tools, QFD-function, FMEA- methodology and others. The presentation such perfomance, using theoretical and practical examples, is the core of this publication.
