W artykule omówiono zagadnienia organizacji i dostarczania odpowiedniej informacji menedżerom, dla których pełnienie funkcji informacyjnej jest ważnym zadaniem obok kontaktów interersonalnych i zadań związanych z podejmowaniem decyzji. W obecnej sytuacji koniczne jest skonstruowanie odpowiedniego systemu informacji, którego ważnym, czy nie najważniejszym elementem są potrzeby informacyjne oraz specyficzne cechy tej grupy użytkowników.

The paper has dealt with organisation of information transmission for menageries, for those information function is the most important task except taking decisions and interpersonal contacts. Nowadays the circumstances force us to build proper information system for which the most important things are the particular features of users and the information consumption.
