Warunkiem sukcesu we wdrożeniu systemu jakości zgodnie z normami ISO seri 9000 jest inwestycja w ludzi, przebudowa ich świadomości oparta na nowym, zmienionym podejściu do Filozofii Jakości.

The basic conditions for the success in the implementation of quality management systems is an appropriate investment into people. The transformation of their mentality, fundamented on a new approach called Quality Philosophy con accelerate the progress significantly. The general but the best methodology for the future is to introduce quality problematics to vocational schools, which prepare new personnel and staff for different companies or institutions. The complex concept of that performance, including the schools in totally, is presented in the article. The discussion of possible results, respect to expectations in consideration of possessed resources, is the context of this publication too.
