Abstrakty

Każdego roku, na całym świecie - również w Polsce, dochodzi do wielu wypadków, które spowodowane są wyłącznie brakiem wyobraźni czy wręcz lekkomyślnością rodziców. Specjaliści od dawna alarmują, że nawet płytki, niewielki zbiornik wypełniony wodą, na prywatnej posesji, może doprowadzić do śmiertelnego wypadku. Coraz popularniejsze i dostępne w wielu punktach sprzedaży przenośne baseny ogrodowe, są ogromnym zagrożeniem dla najmłodszych - dzieci w wieku do pięciu lat. W Polsce nie ma żadnych regulacji prawnych w zakresie konieczności stosowania zabezpieczeń wokół przydomowych basenów.

Each year in Poland, indeed all over the world, there are accidents attributable to parents' lack of imagination or recklessness. Specialists have been highlighting for a long time that even a small, shallow container filled with water and located within a private property may lead to a fatal accident. Portable garden pools, which are growing in both popularity and availability pose a significant threat to the youngest members of our communities - especially children below the age of five. In Poland there is lack of legal regulations requiring the use of protective measures around home pools.
