Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd głównych problemów związanych z doborem sposobu dekompresji. Jednym z elementów poprawiających bezpieczeństwo jest trening adaptacyjny pozwalający przygotować się organizmowi do przechodzenia procesu dekompresji. Trening ten powinien być częścią ciągłego procesu utrzymania nurka w kondycji do wykonywania zadań. Dobrze wyszkolony nurek nie pozwoli sobie na łamanie zasad omijając w ten sposób zagrożenie podczas nurkowania.

Review some main problems of decompression schedule selection is presented in this paper. The adaptation training is the most important factor contributing to improvement of the diving safety. The adaptation training keeps the diver ready to decompression and improves his physiological condition in the hyperbaric environment. It should be the permanent and necessary part of the total diver's activity. The well-trained and educated diver is conscious of the rules and avoids risk situations, therefore contributes to improve safety of diving
