The paper considers new problems the have arisen in the process of transmission and distribution networks development planning in circumstances of power generation commercialisation and distributed generation. The topie situation and ways to tackle the new problems in development planning in both national and international scope are presented.

Treścią artykułu są nowe problemy, jakie wystąpiły w procesie planowania rozwoju sieci przesyłowych i rozdzielczych w warunkach urynkowienia elektroenergetyki i rozproszonej generacji. Przedstawia się aktualną sytuację i drogi rozwiązania nowych problemów w procesie planowania rozwoju w optyce krajowej i międzynarodowej.
