Celem pracy było opracowanie metody matematycznego modelowania rozwoju powłoki cynkowej podczas galvannealingu w linii ciągłego cynkowania zanurzeniowego. Przeprowadzono badania wpływu szybkości nagrzewania oraz czasu wygrzewania na strukturę powłok i zawartość żelaza w powłokach na stali DX54D. Opracowano model umożliwiający określenie wzrostu zawartości żelaza w powłoce dla dowolnego przebiegu galvannealingu lub optymalizację czasu trwania wskazanego etapu procesu.

The purpose of the paper was to work out a method for mathematical modelling of zinc coating development during galvannealing in the continuous hot-dip zinc plating line. The investigations of impact of the heating rate and soaking time on the structure of coatings and iron content in coatings on DX54D steel were carried out. The model for determination of the iron content increase in the coating for any course of galvannealing or optimisation of duration of the process stage indicated was developed.
