W 2009 roku w amerykańskiej gospodarce nastała nowa era, a to za sprawą programu antykryzysowego prezydenta Obamy. Główne cele administracji dotyczą tworzenia przyszłości opartej na czystej energii. American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan zakłada przeznaczenie znacznej części środków na inwestycje w przyjazne środowisku naturalnemu technologie, odnawialne źródła energii, termomodernizację budynków zarówno prywatnych, jak i publicznych. Działania te mają służyć uniezależnieniu od importu ropy naftowej, przygotowaniu się do wyzwań związanych z globalnymi zmianami klimatycznymi, tworzeniu nowych miejsc pracy. The American Clean Energy and Security Act jest projektem legislacyjnym na rzecz czystej energii, który wprowadzi system handlu emisjami gazów. Projekty amerykańskiej administracji wprowadzają nowe instrumenty, które mogą pomóc przezwyciężyć kryzys i kształtować przyszłość.

In 2009 there is starting a new era in American economy, because of Obama’s stimulus package. The main goals of American administration is creating a clean energy future. American Recovery and Reinvestment allocate a lot of money for investments in environmental technology, renewable energy, home and public buildings weatherization projects. The main goals of action are: end addiction to foreign oil, address the global climate crisis, creating new jobs. The American Clean Energy and Security Act is a project of a new legislation for clean energy, which introduces cap-and-trade system. It makes an option to limit gas emissions.The Projects of American administration introduce new measures, which can get round a crisis and make a new future.
