Abstrakty
Od ponad 50 lat Laboratorium Analiz Chemicznych Instytutu Metalurgii Żelaza jest producentem certyfikowanych materiałów odniesienia stali węglowych, nisko-, średnio- i wysokostopowych, żużli stalowniczych, wielkopiecowych i z procesu EŻP, rud i koncentratów żelaza, a ostatnio także stopów niklu i kobaltu. Obecnie oferowane są również materiały odniesienia stali (lite i wiórowe) z atestowaną zawartością wapnia i azotu. Zakres produkcji wzorców zmieniał się wraz ze zmianą zapotrzebowania przemysłu metalowego, tj. wraz z rozwojem nowych technologii. Produkcja wzorców, badanie ich jednorodności oraz atestacja prowadzone są zgodnie z Przewodnikami ISO 30 - 35. W atestacji wzorców uczestniczą renomowane laboratoria krajowe i zagraniczne. O jakości wytwarzanych wzorców świadczy międzynarodowe uznanie ich kompatybilności z innymi wzorcami znanych producentów oraz coraz większy ich eksport, zwłaszcza na rynek europejski, amerykański i azjatycki.
For over 50 years the Chemical Analyses Laboratory of the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy has been a manufacturer of reference materials for analyses of carbon, low-,medium and high-alloy steels, metallurgical, blast-furnace and ESR process slags; iron ores and concentrates. Recently the reference materials of nickel and cobalt alloys were added. The Laboratory also offers standard reference samples (disks and chips) of steels with certified content of calcium and nitrogen. Reference material's production range has been changing continuously greflectin demands of metal industry and new technologies developments. The inter-laboratory analyses program, the homogeneity control and certification programs have been performed according to the guidelines of ISO Guides 30-35. The acknowledged Polish and foreign laboratories take part in certification analysis. The quality of the IMZ reference materials is testified by their traceability to the worldwide known reference materials and also by increasing export into the European, American and Asian markets.
