Artykuł omawia metodykę i wyniki badań dwóch partii średnich zębów do kultywatorów oraz trzech partii palców sprężystych produkowanych lub dostarczanych aktualnie na rynek. Badania obejmowały wyznaczenie: trwałości na specjalnym stanowisku, sprężystości (ugięcia pod wpływem przyłożonej siły), twardości oraz metalografię wybranych próbek. Stwierdzono wysoką lecz zróżnicowaną trwałość zębów i palców w poszczególnych partiach. Badania twardości i metalograficzne wykazały brak powtarzalności wyników i liczne błędy obróbki cieplnej zębów. Otrzymane wyniki omówiono i porównano.

In the article there are presented the method and testing results of two batches of medium cultivator tines and of three batches of spring fingers, which are currantly produced or which are at present delivered on the market. The testing included: determination of durability on a special testing stand, determination of elasticity (that is the determination of deflection under the applied force) and checking of hardness as well as metallography of the selected samples. After the testing it was stated that the durability of the tines and fingers is high, but that it is diversified in the individual batches. The testing of hardness and the metallographic investigations proved the lack of the results repeatability and showed that many faults had occured during the process of heat treatment of the tines. At the end of the work report the obtained investigation results were compared and discussed.
