Opracowano i wytworzono trzynastoczłonową serię litych (średnica 40 mm x 40 mm) wzorców stali stopowych oraz odpowiadające im serie wzorców wiórowych. Składy chemiczne dobrano na podstawie aktualnego zapotrzebowania hutnictwa żelaza i przemysłu maszynowego na wzorce spektrometryczne stali, stan zapasów własnych oraz ofertę wzorców na rynku światowym. Skład chemiczny wytworzonych serii pozwoli na wykorzystanie ich do sporządzania wykresów kalibracyjnych, a pojedyncze wzorce będą służyły do kontroli analizy poszczególnych gatunków stali. Serie wzorców obejmują stale odporne na korozję, austenityczne i ferrytyczne, stale konstrukcyjne i stale dla energetyki.

Thirteen-unit series of solid samples of alloy steels (diameter 40 mm x 40 mm) and corresponding series of chip samples were developed and manufactured. Chemical constitutions were selected based on the current demand for spectrometric steel samples in the steel making industry and machine building industry, own stock balance and offer of samples on the world market. The chemical constitution of these series will make it possible to use them for drawing up calibration diagrams while individual samples will be used to control analyses of particular steel grades. The sample series include corrosion-resistant, austenitic and ferritic steels, constructional steels as well as steels for power generation industry.
