Omówiono relacje prawne dotyczące efektywności energetycznej budynków i izolacyjności cieplnej. Przedstawiono wskaźniki jednostkowego zużycia ciepła w 193 budynkach mieszkalnych, w wybranych 5 krajach europejskich.

Legal relations are discussed concerning the energy performance of buildings and their thermal insulating power. The coefficients of the heat consumption per unit in 193 residential buildings are presented for selected 5 European countries.
