Celem pracy było wykonanie studiów dostępnych publikacji i materiałów źródłowych oraz przeprowadzenie konsultacji dla opracowania Wizji rozwoju sektora stalowego w Polsce do 2030 roku i Strategicznego Programu Badań (SPB). W wyniku realizacji pracy opracowano Wizję rozwoju sektora stalowego w Polsce do 2030 roku i Strategiczny Program Badań dla przemysłu hutnictwa żelaza i stali w Polsce. Przy opracowaniu dokumentów wykorzystano publikacje Europejskiej Platformy Technologicznej Stali, tak w zakresie podejścia metodycznego, jak również zawartości merytorycznej. Główne obszary i kierunki badawcze SPB są zbieżne z Programem Europejskiej Platformy Technologicznej Stali, natomiast potrzeby badawcze specyficzne dla krajowego sektora stalowego zostały zawarte w postaci problemów badawczych.

The objective of this paper was to conduct studies on the available publications and source materials and carry out consultations for preparation of the Vision of development of steel sector in Poland by 2030 and the Strategic Research Programme (SRP). As a result the Vision of development of steel sector in Poland by 2030 and the Strategic Research Programme for the iron and steel industry in Poland were drawn up. When developing the documents the publications of the European Steel Technology Platform were used with regard to both the methodological approach and the subject matter. The main research areas and trends of the SRP coincide with the European Steel Technology Platform Programme, while the research needs that are specific to the national steel sector were included there as the research problems.
