PL

Celem pracy było opracowanie podstaw technologii walcowania cieplnoplastycznego blach grubych w warunkach przemysłowych. Na podstawie danych literaturowych i doświadczeń IMŻ opracowano podstawowe parametry procesu walcowania z obróbką cieplnoplastyczną dla warunków techniczno-technologicznych walcowni blach grubych. W wyniku podano podstawowe parametry i założenia do opracowania przemysłowej technologii walcowania blach grubych z obróbką cieplnoplastyczną z wykorzystaniem rusztu odstawczego przeznaczonego do międzyoperacyjnego zachładzania pasm.

The study was aimed at development of the foundations of the technology of plates thermoplastic rolling in the industrial conditions. Based on ttw reference sources data, as well as experiments of IMŻ (The Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy), fundamental parameters have been developed of the rolling process with thermoplastic working for technical and technological conditions of Heavy Plates Mill. As a corollary, fundamental parameters and assumptions for development of the industrial technology of plates rolling with thermoplastic working using side delivery grate for inter-operation cooling of ttie strip have been determined.
