Determination of continuos measuring possibility of sinter mix permeability and concept of sintering process control with use of permeability signal

Określono możliwości ciągłego pomiaru przewiewności spiekanej na taśmie mieszanki spiekalniczej oraz opracowano koncepcję wykorzystania uzyskanych informacji pomiarowych do sterowania procesem spiekania. Zbadano zależność przewiewności od parametrów mieszanki spiekalniczej takich jak np. skład ziarnowy, segregacja. Stwierdzono możliwość pomiaru wybranych parametrów procesu spiekania - temperatura, podciśnienie w komorze ssącej - oraz opracowano konstrukcje czujnika, za pomocą którego wykonano pomiary parametrów procesu spiekania.
Opportunities for constant measurement of permeability of the mix sintered on a sinter belt were determined and the concept of using the measuring information obtained in this way to control the sintering process was developed. Relationship between permeability and sinter mix parameters, such as size analysis and segregation, was investigated. It was found that selected parameters of the sintering process, such as temperatureę or underpressure in the suction chamber, could be measured. The structure of the sensor to measure the sintering process parameters was developed.
