There will be represented parts of Conception of the mentioned program (reasons for the program development, program aim, ways and methods of the problem solving, contents of the program, expected results). The program must be based on the regional programs taking into account the concrete features of regions. In turn the regional programs must have a strategic orientation on the effective, economically expedient use of alternative energy resources and must be harmonized with the state program. There will be given the projects of the alternative energy resources use in a number of Ukraine's regions within the framework of the regional programs as illustration.
