Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono propozycję zmiany istniejącego modelu katastru nieruchomości, zmierzającą do objęcia ujawnianych w rejestrze granic działek ewidencyjnych instytucją domniemania prawdziwości i wiarygodności publicznej.
This article presents a proposal to amend the existing model of the cadastre of real estate aiming to include exposed cadastral parcels in the border register by the presumption of correctness of the institution and the credibility of the public. The creation of an appropriate model, in which the recorded data would be obtained as a result of established legal procedures, while maintaining the existing technical standards, could create conditions to extract data from existing database of border registers that would meet the required conditions sine qua non needed to include them with validity and reliability. Cadastre of real estate so defined, shall constitute along with the land and mortgage register, an important element of the system to keep the order on legal grounds.
