W artykule opisano sposoby i techniki analizy ryzyka i niepewności na każdym etapie "życia projektu" inwestycyjnego w sektorze wydobywczym - od poszukiwań poprzez zagospodarowanie, eksploatację i zamknięcie kopalni oraz koncepcja kompleksowego zarządzania ryzykiem i niepewnością jako integralnego elementu zarządzania złożem i jego wartością. Kompleksowe zarządzanie złożem to zarządzanie wzajemnie przenikających się obszarów, tj. technologia, ludzie, metody i techniki analizy danych.

In the article the methods and techniques of risk and uncertainty analysis at every stage of "investment project life" in the extractive sector has been described - from explorations through management, exploitation and mine closure and the conception of complex rock and uncertainty management as integral element of deposit and its value management. The conception of complex risk and uncertainty management as integral element of deposit and its value management were presented. Complex deposit management is the management of mutually penetrating areas, i.e. technology, people, methods and techniques of data analysis.
