W artykule tym zostały przedstawione zwyczajowo stosowane w Niemczech metody wyceny nieruchomości rolnych i leśnych. Przy tym rozróżnia się takie nieruchomości rolne i leśne, które trwale będą użytkowane na cele rolnicze i leśne od takich, które mogą być przeznaczone na cele pozarolnicze. Dodatkowo zostały przedstawione aktualne trendy na niemieckim rynku nieruchomości.

The article describes the methods of valuation for agricultural and forest properties which are common practice in Germany. It is distinguished between agricultural and forest properties which are permanently used for agricultural and forestry operations and properties which are also suitable for non-agricultural purposes. Moreover, trends and new developments regarding the German property market are shown.
