Praca dotyczy wielokryterialnej oceny rozłożenia potoku ruchu w sieci transportowej w aspekcie badań dostosowania elementów infrastruktury do realizowanych zadań przewozowych. Istota proponowanej metody polega na wyznaczeniu najlepszego wariantu rozłożenia potoku ruchu wykorzystując do tego celu relację dominacji, zdefiniowaną za pomocą wskaźników zgodności wag i niezgodności ocen.

The paper presents an approach to multicriteria evaluation of traffic flow distribution in a transport system, in the context of research into the adequacy of infrastructure for transport tasks. The essence of the method consists in using the domination relation, defined by importance consistency indices and evaluation inconsistency indices, in order to determine the best traffic flow distribution, providing all pre-defined technical and technological transport system infrastructure restrictions are taken into account.
