Podstawowym celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie korzyści płynących z zastosowania technologii Agentów Mobilnych w rozproszonych systemach zarządzania. Powyższa technologia została zestawiona z innymi obecnie stosowanymi technologiami bazującymi na klasycznym modelu "klient-serwer". Wskazano konkretne obszary zastosowań wymienionych technologii oraz porównano wydajność dwóch najczęściej stosowanych technologii i możliwość odpowiedniego ich zastosowania - integracji przy pracach nad rozwojem Systemów Agentowych.

The main purpose of this article is to present efforts delivered by using Mobile Agent Technology for distributed management systems. This agent technology was compared with different technologies, which are based on classical "client-server" approach. Specific areas for applying given technologies were described and differences in efficiency from using specific technologies were also presented. The article also indicates possibilities of integration existing technologies in development of Agent Systems.
