Artykuł dotyczy analizy i sterowania pracą baterii koksowniczej, rozważanej jako przykład cyklicznego procesu produkcyjnego. Przedstawiono opis technologiczny procesu, jego dwa modele matematyczne: pierwszy - zakładający normatywne czasy obsługi, drugi - uwzględniający zakłócenia zmieniające wartości tych czasów. Zaproponowano algorytmy sterowania (harmonogramowania), dla obu modeli. Przedstawiono wyniki eksperymentów symulacyjnych.
The paper deals with a control of cyclic process. Control of a coke battery in steelworks in Kraków (HTS S.A.) is an example of such a process. The functioning in HTS S.A. computer control system generates a schedule that can not be modified dynamically. The generated schedule is not good enough because the normative coke burn time can not be observed for particular chambers of the coke battery. The main aim of the paper is to present a new approach to scheduling of the coke battery. A description of coke battery and an analysis of the process are given in the paper. The analysis is a basis of two mathematical models that are worked out by the authors. The first model refers to situation, when normative operation times are observed. The second one models the process in presence of disturbances. The control algorithms are proposed for both the situations. Results of simulation experiments are presented. The experiments have confirmed effectiveness of the algorithm.
