With the formation of the European Union an extensive set of regulations, unified and in force in all member countries, was resolved. The keynote of all these legal acts is as follows: evading waste, utilization of waste or its usage for energy production. The present of science and technology is not sufficient fot making use of all the waste, that is why the usage of its source of energy is a perspective trend. The possibilities and the ways of reganing energy included in the waste are manifold, as it has been presented in the study.
